National Seating & Mobility

Im trrminally ill going to college. Had an accident on local bus and cannotride bus to school now. They keep parts and lie saying its a "core charge". This company lies and will fraudulently charge you and lie about everything. The company does not have parts or anyone important here to help. When I call corporate out of state, I still get the run around. They said my chair cost 24k but insurance shows they charged over a 100k.

I switched from HME Specialist to National Seating Mobility about 2 months ago, it was the easiest transition I ever made! The customer service is absolutely incredible and they take care of every issue right away! Best choice I ever made! The regional manager has kept in contact with me and continually checks on my supplies for my son to make sure I don't run out. Make the switch it's worth it!!

These guys are amazing! I had been begging the other DME company to repair my daughter’s wheelchair and provide me diapers for months…. Anthony came in secured all the parts for my daughter’s new wheelchair, helped me resolve incontinence care supplies and even an overhead lift, in one hour! Love ❤️ them!

Sandra was a very nice woman and very helpful in setting up my appointment to have my power-chair repaired in my home. I was very happy to have the appointment scheduled within a week after they received the request from my DME specialist. I saw Anthony today in my home to repair my power-chair. What a pleasant tech to work with! He did an excellent job on the repairs and made me feel as if I was the only priority at the moment. I was not rushed and he thoroughly explained what was done. Best of all, the repairs were done in about 30 minutes.

I WORKED WITH Jason first, he came on the day I was leaving my rehab facility to fit me for the perfect chair. I chose a color and I love it it's comfortable and fits great in my home. He was very attentive and made sure my needs were heard.he also got ne a loaner chair until mine cMe in. Anthony Ramos delivered my new chair and e was very kind to my daughter, showing her how it all works and answering all of her questions. He left a card for me if I have any problems. They were both very nice and I have contact numbers for them both if I need anything. I definitely recommend them for your needs. I had a stroke and it was so wonderful how they were all so helpful and putting my husband at ease through the whole process, Including in their office. They kept us up to date on everything to do with getting my chair ordered and getting it in. I'm a very Happy customer. Thank you all!! Alicia VM
